OPUS provides project management and technical coordination for yacht refit, repair and maintenance. Built on more than twenty-six years of industry experience, it supports owners, captains, management companies and shipyards from initial assessment through to commissioning and handover.

Each project begins with a clear purpose, an agreed scope, defined responsibilities and measurable acceptance criteria. Work is planned and reviewed in controlled stages, with oversight of programme, budget, quality, risk and change. Decisions remain aligned with the owner’s objectives and the vessel’s operational requirements.

The approach combines practical shipyard judgement with disciplined project control: coordinating contractors, managing technical interfaces, assessing variations and reporting progress accurately. Where agreed limits are forecast to be exceeded, the implications and available options are brought forward for decision before further commitments are made.

Technical coordination covers dry-docking, structural repairs, machinery, coatings and applicable Class and Flag requirements. Completion includes verification of agreed work, commissioning records, outstanding actions and a documented handover.
